06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Ninety pouch each containing 200 ml has been alleged to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that she happens to be under custody since 28.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3.

Accordingly, petitioner Munni Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IInd cum Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No.83/2017.
