At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 13657 of 2022 vide order dated 11.07.2022, however due to inadvertence in place of "Obra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020", it has wrongly been typed as "Obra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2022" in the prayer portion of the bail application itself. It is also submitted that in other place, the correct police station case number has

In view of the aforesaid submissions, at page no.3 of order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13657 of 2022 in place of "Obra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2022", be read as "Obra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020".

The order dated 11.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13657 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated herein above. The present application stands disposed of.
