Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Sarfaraz @ Saif, who disclosed that after committing loot of vehicle, the said vehicle was handed over to petitioner. Subsequently, the looted vehicle was found in front of house of the petitioner and at the time of raid one person fled away from there and the investigating officer claimed that he came to know that aforesaid person was petitioner.
