Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she was taken away by the petitioner and the petitioner took her to Begusarai railway station, where she remained with the petitioner for three days. The informant only stated that she was not allowed by the petitioner to leave the railway platform. The victim did not make any complaint of sexual assault by the petitioner.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as the statement of victim, recorded u/S 164

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42424 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 of the Cr.P.C., let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Allauli P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
