The petitioner seeks bail in K.Hat P.S. Case No. 476 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the ITP Act.

As per the FIR, son of petitioner Suraj Kumar is alleged to have forcibly took the informant on his motorcycle and kept at his house. Petitioner is alleged to have sent the informant at Katihar for prostitution. It is further alleged that on 06.06.2021, one unknown boy came on motorcycle and gave Rs. 2000/- to petitioner and one Shakila and took the informant to hotel Grand Utsav where police raided the hotel and apprehended the informant and other persons fled away. It is further alleged that earlier also petitioner sent her to Hotel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51384 of 2021(2) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 Grand Utsav and in this illegal work, Manager of Hotel namely, Vikram, owner of Hotel, Shakila Khatoon and Suraj Kumar are also involved.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is a lady has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not the owner of said Hotel and has got no concern with the informant or staff or owner of the Hotel. Informant is a married woman of bad character. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 08.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 476 of 2021.
