JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be cousin brother of the informant. The present occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. There is only allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant's husband by means of lathi but there is nothing on the record to show that the informant's husband has sustained any injury and the impugned order is also silent on the point of injury of the informant's husband.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
