====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ramashish Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2019.

Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner and he was never put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40618 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gurua Police Station Case No. 08 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
