ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 04.07.2014 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions JudgeIII, Nawada by which it has rejected the petition for recalling of seven prosecution witnesses for further cross-examination under Section 311 Cr.P.C. in S.Tr. No. 469 of 2009/05 of 2010 arising out of Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2006. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
