No. 13985 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted privileges of regular bail in connection with Nutan P.S. Case No. 685 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 18.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13985 of 2023, the petitioner was granted bail in which condition no. 2 is that before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one and the cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, the learned court below shall not accept his bail

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a case of trivial nature, which was a patadari dispute, was left to be mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition and it was the reason his bail bond was not accepted by the court below.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13985 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted on other conditions mentioned in that order except condition no. 2. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/Sudha U T
