JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Durgawati P.S.Case No.79 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 476, 488 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is that while the petitioner was traveling on a motor cycle, he was apprehended and it was found that forged Number Plate was placed on the top of the original Number Plate. It has further been alleged that the motor cycle was stolen one.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure list is itself in violation of the prescribed procedure as the same does not bear signature of the petitioner, the petitioner has

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further drawn attention to this Court to the effect that the trial court has made observation in the impugned order dated 31.05.2017 that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after two months. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1st , Kaimur at Bhabhua, in Durgawati P.S.
