23.100 litres of foreign wine was seized by the S.S.B. Personnel allegedly from the possession of the petitioner and having been informed, the excise officers drew the instant prosecution wherein, petitioner happens to be under custody since 20.07.2016.

As per para-3 of the instant petition, petitioner has got no criminal history.

Accordingly, petitioner, BRAJESH THAKUR @ BRAJESH KUMAR is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Misc. Case No. 59A/2016.
