Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307, 343, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that during the course of investigation the I.O. has added section 307 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42523 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 Indian Penal Code in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since, there is a delay in adding section 307 of IPC, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in Benipatti P.S. Case No.215 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
