Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379/461 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature of case but in the present case his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co- accused and it appears that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Civil Lines P.S. Case no. 422/2014.
