2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2637 © of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The matter had been earlier sent to the Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna High Court for resolving the dispute between the parties and it would appear from the report of the Mediation Centre that an amicable settlement between the parties have been reached vide an agreement dated 28.02.20225 in the Mediation Proceeding no. 1871 of 2024.
4. The learned counsels appearing for both the sides
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51862 of 2024(7) dt.22-04-2025 2/3 stand in support of the agreement which has been prepared at the Mediation Centre and would strictly abide by the terms and conditions as settled between them in the said agreement. An agreement would go to show that the land in question would be transferred to the petitioner or his representative by the opposite party no. 2 through a registered sale deed latest by 30th June 2025 and such transfer would be made in the name of the petitioner first party or his representative on payment of Rs. 20 lakhs to the opposite party no. 2 by 30th June 2025 on or before the registry of the said land.
5. It has also been agreed between the parties that the O.P.No.2 will provide the land related documents and the land receipt of the said land till year 2024- 2025 L P C of the said land and closure certificate of the Bank loan would also be provided by 31st March 2024. It has also been agreed between the parties that after completion of all the processes mentioned in the agreement the complaint case filed by the informant would also be withdrawn.
6. In view of the terms and conditions of the settlement / agreement entered into by the petitioner and the informant / opposite party no. 2 , the petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/

No.51862 of 2024(7) dt.22-04-2025 3/3 surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2637 (c) OF 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in investigation/ trial.
