Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the hut of one Braj Kishore Singh with which this petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 132 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
