Case No.114/2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the liquor was recovered in front of the Bathan of Santosh Patel and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The case has been framed upon, neither recovery has been made from his possession nor he has been present at the spot, where the recovery was made, not belongs to the petitioner and no case under Section 30(a) is not made out against him.
