380 litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from a Bolero jeep in which, the petitioner was found sitting and taking note of the aforesaid fact, earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 28-092016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40379 of 2016 but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the driver of the aforesaid Bolero has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 05-10-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44153 of 2016.

Considering the above-said submission as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49902 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (M)) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
