Petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in her written complaint has stated that petitioner along with one person entered her house in the night at about 1:00 pm and tried to commit rape upon her and when she raised alarm they fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.05.2018.
