JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case, the petitioner is alleged to have purchased a stolen tractor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that petitioner has purchased the alleged tractor to Yogesh Yadav, Shailesh Yadav and Raju Yadav on a valid consideration of Rs. 3,50,000/-.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2020. Considering the statement of the petitioner that he has purchased the tractor on valid consideration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020.
