2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For forwarding the names of advocate from the backward minority for the post of Public Prosecutor in District Madhubani.

(ii) For Compliance of order/direction/ notification of Government of Bihar dated 15.11.2022 letter No.9217/J of Law Department."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.12417 of 2023(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
