JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-07-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners and others is that they have killed the deceased. The informant is not an eyewitness of the occurrence. The informant has not taken the name of anyone from whom she has come to know about the involvement of the petitioners and other co-accused persons.

4. The Petitioner No. 1 is in custody since 02.03.2025

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41208 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 and the petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 24.03.2025. The petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the petitioners.

6. Considering the fact that this is a case based on no evidence, the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023.
