The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 20 liters of Mahua liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 15.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33703 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.332/17.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
