The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Considering the recovery of 15.500 K. grm. Ganja from Trolley of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent The Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial at earliest. Petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
