JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the Gosala of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that it is an open place and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of allegation of recovery of liquor from the Gosala of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit,
