The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1363 of 2017 corresponding to Trial No. 3721 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the joint petition filed on behalf of the parties before the court, it has been amicably resolved and both of them have decided to live with each other. This fact is also supported by the counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39319 of 2019(4) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Opposite party no. 2.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 1363 of 2017 corresponding to Trial No. 3721 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
