JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-03-2016 Since petitioner was not holding the substantive post of the Headmaster but was only In-charge of the school and due to certain controversies which seems to have been established in an enquiry conducted on those charges which has also led to institution of an FIR, the respondent authority decided to remove the petitioner as In-charge and which is under challenge in the present writ application as Annexure-5 dated 20.01.2014.

With the available material and in absence of any right of the petitioner having been violated as such of remaining as In-charge, the writ application is dismissed.
