Petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504, 448, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioners and others assaulted the husband of the informant on 13.05.2015 and 14.05.2015 for a petty dispute and when the informant made protest, she was abused, assaulted and her jewellery was snatched.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence. The husband of the informant received two lacerated injuries and one swelling injury, simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriak(Pawapuri) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
