2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maner P.S Case No. 83 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code & 4/8 POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case in brief, petitioners along with co-accused have assaulted the daughter of the informant and snatched phone and earing.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43047 of 2025(3) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and materials available on record, it appears that there is nothing mentioned about date and time of the occurrence in FIR (written report). On perusal of case diary, informant in her statement has also not stated about the date and time of occurrence. Age of the victim is assessed by the learned Magistrate is about 17 years and she has also stated her age about 17 years. It is also submitted by the learned counsel that both the parties have filed compromise petition which is available on record.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-VII-cum-
