The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 10 litres toddy kept in a jerkin have been recovered from roadside where the petitioner was standing. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.06.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District and Sessions Judge - cum - Special Judge, Sheohar, in Complaint Case No. C2-66/2017.
