2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly on the given date and time of occurrence, while the informant was alone in her home, in the meanwhile, co-accused Ladli Khatoon, Rukesana Khatoon and Mafida Khatoon by hatching a conspiracy came there and caught hold her hair and dragged her on the ground and brutally assaulted with fist and slap. There is further allegation of throwing hot oil over the body of the informant. The allegation against the petitioner is of hatching the conspiracy with daughter Ladli

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that from the FIR, it is evident that the petitioner was not even found present on the place of occurrence. However, it is alleged that this petitioner was involve in hatching a conspiracy with her daughter Ladli Khatoon. Save and except the aforesaid allegation, there is no iota of evidence, suggesting her complicity in the crime. The petitioner is a woman, having fair antecedent, undertakes that she will fully co-operate in the proceeding of the Court.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State opposed the pre-arrest bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of accusation levelled against the petitioner, coupled with her fair antecedent and she is a woman, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Anandpur P.S.
