The application is for grant of bail in connection with Riga PS case no. 255 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that petitioners are in custody for about 02 months. It is further submitted that some scuffle took place between husband and deceased and thereafter, deceased has taken poison. Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.819 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides. It appears that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It further appears that charge is framed under Sections 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and for that petitioners are in custody for about two months. As such, the bail application of petitioners is allowed and they are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga PS case no. 255 of 2013.
