In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the accused persons have killed the son of the Informant and threw the dead body of the deceased in the paddy crop field.

Looking to the nature of allegation as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
