2. By filing this review petition petitioner is seeking review of the order of the High Court dated 24.01.2005, passed in L.P.A. No. 1092 of 2003 whereunder Division Bench held that nothing could be brought on record to show that subsequent to the transfer of the petitioner in the Bihar State Small Industries Corporation and to Patna Industrial Area Development Authority with effect from 30.01.1976 his lien in the Industries Department of the
Patna High Court C. REV. No.476 of 2011 dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Government survived. Review petitioner having been absorbed in the service of the Authority and he having not completed ten years service in the Government there was no scope for granting him pension and in our opinion this Court in the order under review has rightly appreciated the factual position at page 4 of the said order.
