2. The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22112 of 2025 by this Court.

3. On 23.04.2025, the prayer was allowed with conditions that one of the bailor should be family members. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the economic condition of the family members is such that they could not stand as a bailor. As such, in the first condition, the word 'friend' be added. However, it is the fact that there is delay in approaching this Court for extension of time for which the petitioner intends to pay Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court

4. Learned APP though opposes that he has delayed coming to the Court concedes that relief has been granted earlier.

5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the order dated 23.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.22112 of 2025 (Prakash Chandra vs. the State of Bihar) is modified as under subject to payment of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

(i) one of the bailor should be family member/relative/'friend' of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;

6. The period of surrender is further extended to four weeks from today.

7. The modification petition is allowed.
