The petitioner seeks bail in Amdabad P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Four country made pistols and 35 live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has been languishing in custody since 16.02.2017. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the seizure list of the recovery of the aforesaid arms and ammunitions is in the case diary. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected on 06.07.2017 with liberty to renew his bail petition after six months.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39909 of 2017 (4) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
