The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 14.12.2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2260 of 2007.
Since the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C. The application stands dismissed with a direction to the Court below to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.
