In view of the position that in the Government records itself the name of the respondent no. 5 has been mentioned by the deceased employee, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in order to file an appropriate suit before the Court of competent jurisdiction seeking declaration that respondent no. 5 is not the wife of the deceased father of the petitioner.
