This is a case registered under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that on information the police have raided a place and apprehended four persons including the petitioner and from their possession a loaded country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that other coaccused who have also been named in the FIR have already been granted bail vide order dated 28.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9772 of 2017 and order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19662 of 2017. So far as other cases pending against him which has been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29877 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 concerned, he is on bail. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 24.08.2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Danapur P.S.
