Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

No.50611 of 2021(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after investigation the case against the petitioner was not found true and final form was submitted, but differing with the final form, learned Trial Court took cognizance against the petitioner. The petitioner had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the victim and her husband and he has been implicated in this case only because he happens to be the brotherin-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is already in jail custody.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge-VI, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 86 of
