JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(B), 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was working in the shop of the informant at the relevant time and on the basis of suspicion when he was interrogated by the informant, the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except the above stated so-called confessional statement of petitioner, there is nothing against him. It is further submitted that petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40391 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 is in jail custody since 29.06.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 732 of 2016.
