2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 352, 329(4), 109, 115(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 26.02.2025, all the F.I.R. named accused persons came and abused informant and on protest, co-accused Amrit Kumar and Aneesh Yadav assaulted on the head of informant with butt of pistol.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have abused the father of informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
