For the Respondent/s : Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, Advocate Mr. Vijay Kumar Verma, Advocate Mr. Akhileshwar Singh, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-05-2017 From the show-cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that the admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid, 90 per cent of the pension has been sanctioned pending finalization of the criminal case and G.P.F. and other benefits have already been paid to the petitioner vide cheques detailed in Paragraph 6, Leave Encashment and Group Insurance have also been paid vide cheques as detailed in Paragraphs 7 and 8 and 90 per cent of the pension sanctioned has also been granted to the petitioner.
Patna High Court MJC No.2353 of 2014 dt.23-05-2017 2/2 Keeping in view the aforesaid compliance made, now as the admitted claim of the petitioner pending finalization of the criminal case has been settled, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to assail the same afresh in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the contempt application stands disposed of.
