The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being Indira Awas assistant recommended for completion of Indira Awas for Shanti Devi wife of Rajendra Yadav. It is submitted that from perusal of the page 24 and 26 of the documents annexed with the FIR, it would appear that the petitioner recommended the completion of work of Lalita Devi wife of Rajendra Yadav. The photograph of the house of Lalita Devi, wife of Rajendra Yadav was affixed with the application form and the petitioner did not recommend the final payment of

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Kurtha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
