The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Mufasil P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged in his FIR that on 06.02.2018 he was constructing his house then at about 9:00 am two miscreants came on motorcycle and stopped the work, thereafter he lodged a complaint in the police station. In the evening, when the work was over, 5 persons came on two Scooty and demolished the pillars and one of them said that he is Bittu Rai and informant will have to pay Rs. 5 Lacs as ransom to construct his house. He gave his mobile number and threatened informant to give ransom of Rs. 5 Lacs and only then he will be

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village rivalry and allegation of demand of ransom is false and concocted. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Chapra Mufasil P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018.
