Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of loot of motorcycle, A.T.M. card and Mobile of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. nor T.I.P. has been conducted as yet. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Merely on the basis criminal antecedents, these petitioners have been implicated in this case and they are rotting in custody for the last five months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016.
