The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 09.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35063 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in prayer portion of the bail petition in connection with " Nagar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020" has been wrongly typed in place of " Nagar Sahayak P.S.Case No.508 of 2020".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40371 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 Let it be read as in connection with "Nagar Sahayak P.S.Case No.508 of 2020" in place of "Nagar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020".

Accordingly, the order dated 09.06.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
