The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.513 of 2021 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the complainant Pummi Kumari submitted application before the Branch Manager making allegation is due to misunderstanding vide Annexure P/2. He further submits that the petitioner had handed over the key to Rahul and put his signature on debit authority paper (Annexure P/3). The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51207 of 2021(3) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.513 of 2021 (G.R. No.2758 of 2021), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
