Patna High Court MJC No.366 of 2014 dt.12-02-2015 2/3 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

The present contempt application is filed for noncompliance of order dated 18.12.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23075 of 2012, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Group Centre, Central Reserve Police Force, Muzaffarpur, along with a detailed application annexing copies of their earlier applications as well as a copy of this order. If such an application is filed by the petitioners within one month, the said authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and shall decide it by a speaking order within two months thereafter.

Learned counsel for the Union of India in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the writ Court dated 18.12.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23075 of 2012 has already been complied, it would appear from the Annexures - A and C of the show cause filed on 28.07.2014 on behalf of opposite parties and the representation of the petitioner has already been decided in its true spirit.

In view of the above submission, since the order under

Patna High Court MJC No.366 of 2014 dt.12-02-2015 3/3 contempt has been complied by opposite party no.4, further no action is required to be taken in this case. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
