The Court does not find any infirmity with the decision, contained in Annexure-5, dated 18.06.2012. In addition to that the rules have undergone a change now. No person can be appointed as a teacher, unless that person qualifies the Teacher Eligibility Test.

In view of the same, the argument of the petitioner remains academic, now, as the eligibility has to be earned, now, and

Writ application is dismissed.
