JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One live cartridge, 13 pieces of triangular iron nail and two mobile sets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to commit dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.04.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 76 of 2015.
